Jason’s Realty Pte Limited was setup in September 2016 with the intention to become the leading real estate company in Fiji. This intent is on track as we are pooled with a mixture of young and old energetic, competent and dedicated group of professional individuals. Jason’s Realty is a young and dynamic company specializing in Selling and Renting of residential, commercial and agricultural properties. We currently have two active offices in Vitilevu and one in Vanualevu. We have an office in each of these cities and towns i.e. Suva, Nadi, Lautoka and Ba. We have agents based in Pacific Harbour, Sigatoka, Rakiraki and Labasa. These are the towns which we don’t have an office in.

Jason’s Realty team provides a collective experience in land sales, property sales and rental. Additionally, the team offers experience in customer service where their priority is to satisfy customer’s needs and wants whether it be Vendor or Purchaser, Lessor or Lessee. We at Jason’s Realty aim to be the best in the business providing outstanding service that sets us apart from other competitors in the Real Estate market. Jason’s Realty also aims to be the most visible real estate company in the market and this is evident through the number of For Sale and Rental properties we have listed in the market having our branded boards on every property or on the roadside for properties that is listed. The business has expanded into Property Management and construction.

Jason’s Realty complies with the Real Estate Licensing Board’s Agents Act 2006. Real Estate Agents Licensing Board of Fiji (REALB) is a corporate statutory body of the Fijian Government. All forms of service and professionalism is adhered to as per REALB’s standard in the industry. All salespersons are required to carry a valid License as directed by Real Estate Agents Act 2006
